I Got induced on Thursday the 30th then went into 17 hours of labour 2 pethodines & 2 dodgey epidurals later I eventually got to 10cm but after the Dr examined me, he decided there wasn't enough room & my blood pressure was double & preclampsia had set in so I had to have an emergency c-section and 2 days in ICU.
We have named him Luke Patrick & he weighed in at 10lb 9oz (4.79kg) He is absolutely gorgeous and tiny considering his weight. He is as good as gold at the moment, sleeping through 4 hourly feeds.
I'm home now with him and the midwife visits daily. I'm still very sore and have to take things easy for a while, so I won't be on very much until I;m back on my feet.
