Cathy, I'm so sorry to have read what's happened to you over recent weeks.

Sometimes I'm really at a loss to explain why things happen like this to good people in life. But having been at the lowest of the low myself at one point I never thought I'd manage to pick myself up, dust myself down and stick two fingers up at life and ask if that was the worst it could throw at me.

I don't know if that's the right thing to say, but sod it. You deserve so much better than this xxxx
