hi elaine, i just wanted you to know im thinking of you. i went through the same thing as you last july, my son wes born 27weeks and 6 days and weighed 2lb 1oz. he was allso critical for the first month and didnt come off oxygen untill he was 9 weeks, so the fact little aidan can do without it for a while is fantastic! my son is called shea, and he is now 7 months and a big bruiser!!! he was almost born in the royal, but a bed became available in craigavon were i live, and like you i spent as much time as i could with him.
i hope my story gives you some hope, as i found that all the little babies were fighters, as is your little baby.

hi girls i thought i would let you all know that elaine still hasn't been in touch yet with anymore news, so we have our fingers crossed and hope that she ok and her little man aidan is doing his best to be at home with his mummy.
