Bonjour!! Just got back from France last night and looking forward to catching up with you all soon...at the moment Alfie is crawling all over the house, pulling the cats tail, and trying to eat any bit of dust or dirt he can find!! The change in him is unbelievable though...he is constantly giggling and happy. He only had 1 lousy day in France when he came out in a nasty rash....took him to a french DR who seemed to think he had just got over some sort of virus Apart from that he was a little angel all holiday and we had a great time. I'll try and do the chart a bit later when Alfie has tired himself and i get a break.

Hey Ladies,
Peary, Great to have ya back chick. We haven't a short list as such but these are some names that are getting thrown aroung at the mo:
Ruby Scarlett Layla/Leila Grace/Gracie Lexie And I love Violet but dh hates it!!
But no doubt this list will change many times before Pinky get's here.
Sarah, Are you the next one for your scan? What date is it? Are you gonna find out the flavour??
Llinos, Thanks for the info on the Jane. I really like the Carrera rebel system in the pink.
Teri, How did the scan go babe? What are you having?? I need details!!
I'm so happy and touch wood think that i've come out of the horrible feeling stage of pregnancy. However I'm covered in bites so itching like mad!! I never get bitten, must be the extra blood that I'm carrying.
I've got another growth scan in July just to check on Pinky because of the problems at the beginning of the pregnancy but the sonographer said yesterday that whatevet was wrong seems to have rectified itself so I'm over the moon!!
Holding fire on buying the big things like the pram and cot because I want to get them in pink and although he couldn't see any boy bits he couldn't get a proper look to see the 3 lines either so I'm gonna wait for July to be sure!! I'm gonna start getting clothes and stuff tomorrow though and just keep the receipts. I'm pretty confident that he was right in his girl prediction though because at Ted's scan dh told the sonographer that it was a boy before she told us because you could clearly see his bits, dh was so proud!! My mum has starting buying already!!
Mia is so happy, she can't wait to come and chose some stuff for her little sisiter. Ted doesn't understand but he did keep telling me that my bump was a girl baby so did dh. The men in my family are always right!!
Right i've rambled enough, I'm off to make tea and crumpets for me and my little monsters.
Lots of love KJ and Pinky xxx
Ps: Do you think that Nicki, Becy and Sophie are coming back?? That haven't been on for AGES!! Hope that they're okay.
PPs. Does anyone know how to use that glitter maker thing?? I can't do it!!

Hi kj - and all you others Oh i was soooooo nervous this week , as you all know this is my first pregnancy after we were told we had 'unexplained infertility ' so i still felt like its not happening and that it may all go wrong at any time, Ive had a few bleeds and no feelings of movement so last week was the week of vivid dreams, where i was waking up in a right state after i had dreamt the worst, I had even woken my bf by saying - in my dream -that we had to get cards to let people know what happened bcos i didnt want to talk to anyone, he has been marvelous, I just want you all to know , that i am not usually an anxiety ridden mad bird person at all. But i did attend a conference last week about projects that had been run by the NHS , and found myself listening to a support service for parents who had lost a child through SIDS . so after that i spoke to my manager and said if i was in that position again i wouldnt be staying to listen , and he agreed . Anyway , i went to the hospital with my darlin , who still has grip marks from me clinging , i honestly thought i would pass out, i stared at the ceiling , waiting for the news , and she said "Theres the baby wriggling around " oh my relief , we saw everything working as it should and babe even flipped over to face back - camera shy ! and no i didnt feel a thing ! we have decided that it has so much room it doesnt hit the sides and it looks like me - big tummy I feel like this is it - this baby is here to stay - hooray and i have started looking at the clothes and other lovely things that my partner , family and friends have been giving us , and feel able to enjoy it now - babe is here to stay and as my bf said we are now a team of three Sorry its a long one , hope all is well with all you others , sending love x

Teri, you must be feeling so relieved. It's so lovely knowing that your baby is active and here to stay. When i wen't for my scans in my first pregnancy i always dreaded what they were going to tell me. But everything wen't well i needn't have worried, it is impossible not to worry...i still worry all the time about this one. It's so great to have a reassuraning partner, i honestly don't know what i would do without mine sometimes....he has kept me sane, Puts up with my emotinal highs and lows, and never critises me. He is such a positive person. After we had our 20 week scan with Alfie i finally started buying things, it just seemed natural and made me feel like a proper mummy to be. Maybe you could start doing things like that too? It was so exciting...i remember picking out lovely mobiles and bedding from mamas and papas. Then we brought a pram from ebay which made it feel so real. Hugs Teri, i'm really pleased that you can enjoy it now
