I've been advised to take this. If you have conceived taking this can you tell me how much you took please? Is it for the whole of your cycle etc. I'm also using a fertility monitor.

P.S Some have told me to take it constantly until pg but some have said up to OV. Thanks x

I am not sure spring but I think there is a thread on this somewhere. If you do a search for it hopefully you will get something?

Hi,
I've used agnus castus 3 times and conceived each time while on it. I only took it 'til I ov'd.
Really can't remember how much I took... it was a fair bit. I think I looked it up on a medical/preg/trying to conceive type site and took their advice. Also took vit B6 in a largish quantity too.
