I found that having pillows all over the place helped me. I had 1 between my legs, one supporting my back and one supporting my belly.... There's no easy way to turn over I'm afraid! That'll ease is about 5 weeks for you! Best of luck!

Joanne i know exactly where you are coming from and i'm 30 weeks pregnant. I've got pillows everywhere but it really does help. Unfortunately i can't see it getting any better from now on. I'm sure its mother nature preparing us for sleepless nights!!!

Joanne I remember that feeling very well. I found that turning over and keeping my knees together really helped, also getting out of bed slowly. Also my midwife told me not to put pillow between my legs, I dont know why it must be something to do with the height of your hips???. I hope you have better luck than me, my son in nearly 7weeks old and my pelvis still aches!!! Heres hoping you feel better soon

Last night i had a great nights sleep which hasn't happened for a while. I bought a V-shaped pillow from Mothercare which helps to prop me up. I've been getting heart burn so this seems to help aswell. Anyway when i wanted to roll over it was great as i was still at a slight slant and i just popped a pillow under the bump. Money well spent for me.
