I havent posted on here for ages but I am on my 4th cycle and on cd13. So far I havent had any success and my cycles have been completely over the place! first was 30 days 2nd was 26 days and the last one was 31 days. I just hate being irregular you know? Does anyone else have this problem? I thought I was pregnant last month but it was just my body (and probably my mind lol) playing tricks on me.
Please help!! Lol Monica xxx

I have just posted a note - outlining how irregular my periods have become over the last 2 months! Glad Im not the only one! It is SO frustrating - thinking you maybe pregnant and then being disappointed when your period finally comes like 4 or more days late - I sympathise totally. I think Im gonna give up trying to pinpoint when Im ovulating and instead have sex regularly and not focus on the getting pregnant bit. Its really doing my head in and yours by the sounds of it. That way I figure - I can enjoy the sex with my husband and when I fall pregnant it will be a bonus.
Good luck Love Wend

This is strange, hav you recently come off the pill or implant, as this can put your periods all over the place for usually 6 months - 1 year. (Sorry Ladies but this is the doctors opinion it can vary person to person)
If this is not the case then it is very odd. I would have to agree with Wend that if you can't pinpoint when you ovulate then have sex all over the place and you should be able to get the right time this way. It is best to have sex every three days. Sperm can live in our bodies for 72 hours but the egg can only be fertilised for 24-48 hours. If you do it every three days then the sperm is fit shall we say and there is a ready supply to meet the egg when it comes.
Good luck to the both of you.

When we started trying for our babes (due Friday!!!) my cyces were all over the shop. I hadn't been on the pill for years, but my cycles had got so weird that I was having 76ish day cycles then 23ish then 45ish - well you get the message - no regularity at all.
I have a friend who is a herbalist and she recommended a herb called angus (agnus?) castus also called vitex, you can get it from holland and barrett.
Basically less than 1 month of taking this and my cycles were 34 days and they stayed that way - made my life much easier!!
I intend to take it again after this little one is here if my cycles go back to their batty ways.
Don't know how you feel about herbal remedies but in my opinion its well worth a try.
