I have just been told that the Discovery Home & Health documentary featuring my fiancee Lisa and myself will be broadcast on Discovery Home & Health in the UK, Sky Channel 154 on 21st October 2005 at 9:30pm.

I will get a tape of it shortly after that data and will make it available for friends and family that do not have access to watch Discovery Home & Health UK.

Our show is part of a 15 part series on Gender Dysphoria which will show each weekday evening from 10th October 2005.

If you can watch, I hope you enjoy watching.

Anne.

Anne,

I hope that this series on Gender Dysphoria will help to dispel the ignorance, fear and prejudice that surrounds this medical condition. I would imagine that there will be an increase in postings from the 10th October.

I am due to appear in the programme for the 11th October, together with my wife, and I hope that it will show me lecturing media students.

Christine

I watched the first in the series last night and i have to say i really enjoyed it, it had been very well made and i really look forward to watching the rest of the series. I suffer with gender dysphoria and all to often the programs relating to this subject handle it in such a way it ends up either confusing people more or angering people. It was so refreshing to see a program that will hopefully continue to try and explain more to joe public what we go through as transgendered folk and maybe lift a little of the fog surrounding gender dysphoria.

Who knows !!

Well Done to all involved (so far . . . . )

Hi Becky
Over one year on now, I was the mtf featured in that first programme. It has now been repeated many times. A series of 3 one hour, one year on follow-up programmes have been made. I will again be part of the first one which will be screened on Dec 30th at 11pm, the 2nd & 3rd to be shown the following nights. Hope you enjoy them.
