I was shocked when the programming changed at the beginning of August from Residents Life to The Real ER. The Real ER for lack a better word really blows chunks it is a copy of the formats for A&E, Emergency, Critical Condition, and other NHS shows. The downside of the Real ER is that the show is too Bedrockish. In Bedrock where the Flintstones lived nothing burned because it all was made of stone and in the Real ER nothing really happens in the ER because the soul of the ER has been edited out to make it PC.

Since about the last week, week of 20 August, programming from 19:00 - 22:00 weekday has gotten worse with the inclusion of some fat reality show that I won't even watch. How it has gotten worse really I do not know I thought the additon of the Real ER was rock bottom but I guess Discovery Home and Health has demonstrated that there is more lousy programming out there that they will put on think people out there really like it.

It is my hope someone in prorgramming is grounded in reality and puts back some decent programming back during the 19:00 - 22:00 slots like Residents Life, Trauma Life in the ER, Emergency, A&E. Otherwise I will totally abandon this station for channel 106 on Sky to watch the Simpsons marthons that channel 106 runs on a regular basis.

When having ds I used to love watching the baby programmes. In fact some days I would sit through about 3 hours of baby programmes. As an expectant and excited Mum they are brilliant.

The only time i've seen baby proghrammes listed is around the 6am time. Please can we have Babies Room, Baby Whisperer, Portland, Student Midwives, Here to Maternity, Babes in the Wood all back please!!!

If they can't be shown on tv can you add them to the online viewing, as i'd be happy to pay to watch them.

Thanks

Kate

Tis no good moaning, you do have a choice to watch it or not - so if you dont like it - dont watch it!

I can honestly say, the repeats do not bother me, i watch what i want to watch. =) x

"peugeot-babe" the majority of views were not moaning, simply stating a point of view. The forum encourages discussing opinions about different tv progs. By stating these opinions the programming team at Discovery will be able to see what's popular and what's not.

But, good for you watching what you want to watch!!

Agreed with above posts!

Also, pleeeeease scrap that annoying man's 'style' tips. So terrible, and they've been repeated millions of times
