Hi Fellow LL Mates
I started 2 days ago, not too bad so far. Its 23h30 and I have just finished the last of my water. Im struggling with it, all the other diets ive done was always 2liters....
2day I had a late 'breakfast' (shake) and then went shopping, only had luch at 18h00! By this time i was grumpy and was really graving to have sumthing cheweeeee! But after a few tears and a couple of glasses of water, this feeling passed.Looking forward to have the bars next week!
Im not sure, but can you have the bars as an additional to the 3 mealpacks a day?
I didnt find the foodpacks bad so far, I like the choc shake and mixed half vanilla/ half rasberry 2day with ice cubes, tasted like strawberries & cream!!
Im having my pop-in tomorrow,dont think I could have lost that much, its only been 2 days, keep you guys posted.
