im sorry to be a pain and im sure this has probably been done so many times but i aint been through all posts yet to find out....could everyone please post there 1st weeks losses here for some inspiration??
im not expecting to do the same as everyone else and i dont want others to look here and then be upset if they dont reach the same losses as other but i still think it can help people to stick to it? my 1st time i lost 7lb in 1st week 2nd time i lost 4lb in 1st week and 3rd time i lost 11lb in 1st week so i know it varies. im on sole source cd and on day 1 the week seems so long at the moment. want to be able to come on and have some thing to look forward to seeing!

I am a serial restarter on CD and I always lose 8lbs in my first week if I am really good!

a tip i have is to..............
try to aim low then you will be over the moon when you lose more than you aimed to. thats why im only aiming at 1st 7lb x x x

and also to get me to drink enough water i have 2 empty 500ml bottles that i fill and chill as i drink 1 i take other out the fridge and then replace it with the other one so its always nice and cold, iv tried drinking from 2ltr bottle but it makes it so much harder for some reason?
just thought it might help but hay guess you already know that! lol
