Hi everyone .... tried the popodom recipe - with a difference. I added a teaspoon of physicillian (not sure of spelling) powder to a chilli soup mix, until a paste. Then spread on plate and m/waved for about 2mins .... then rolled it up like a savoury pancake .... mmmmm lovely!!! [  ] Beverleyxx

Yep, some of it needs CD mix a mousse, but yep, just one thing nuked in the microwave per day though otherwise you'll get less nutrition than you really need. Debz CDC
