Hi Ivy like stacey says you probably used too much water - a couple of desertspoons in the bottom ot the mug - boiling... then stir it, it must be a thick paste, add a tiny bit more water if you need... "Muffin" may breach the trade and discription act lol but it's basically like a bit of dough - it's def worth trial and erroring it[ ] Hope you have more success next time[:X]

I'm sure you can still make the pate without the mix a mousse it'll just turn out like a paste - certainly worth trying for all those LLers out there without mix a mousse. Debz

i dont know if its acceptable on the diet but i have been having half a kn*rr vegetable stock cube in a cup of hot water= 15 cal, 1 g carb...the chicken stock cube and the low sodium cubes are quite insipid, but i have mixed a quater of the veggie stock cube and the low sodium together and it was quite good as the low sodium has tiny pieces of dried veg in them which leaves the impression you are actually eating veg soup (the volume of veg is about the size and thickness of a postage stamp so not a diet breaker!!)i have got quite a taste for them! anyway guys, thankyou sooooo much for the recipes and bumping it up the board so us newies get the information, i am just starting and i just know having that variety of ways to eat the packs will save me. Anybody got any ideas about how to make the soups in general, not tasting so foul, by councillor put in so many for my starting month that i am facing some days with 2 soups and 1 shake bleugh! i would rather starve, i've never tried tobasco, maybe that'd do it.
