Thanks again for the recipes!!! They are making things sooo much easier! I particularly like the ice cream and smoothies. Choc Mint flavour makes the loveliest ice cream. I have decided I hate the savoury sachets, except Spicy Tomato, which I make more spicy with loads of Tabasco. MMMMMMM.

Thanks for bumping this up! I might have a go at the ice cream later, as i find i drink the shakes so quickly it would be nice to have something that last a bit longer! I can't wait till my first weigh in tomorrow!! x Started LL on 13th Aug. Lots and lots to lose!
