I seem to bump this up to the top on a regular basis but i know how much it helped me as a newcomer to find new things to do with the packs, perhaps some arent aware that you can make other things with them and it could help keep you on the straight and narrow. Karenxx

hello all i found this place whilst looking for a free source of the recipes - and i've found so much more!
ecstatic to be in this land of tickers and bio oil - it all sounds wicked! well done to everyone who's lost so much and thanks for being inspiring!
