1st goal - stick at CD for 1 week - DONE! 2nd goal - weight less than 11 st 3rd goal - reach BMI of 25 1st week - lost 6 1/4lb 2nd week - lost 1 1/2lb 3rd week - lost 2 1/4lb

hi everyone, I had no idea that there were so many recepies... after being on shakes ad soups for 5 days will be nice to eat solid food, if you know what i mean But, do you guys think that i should do this in my second week or go for it now
