Thanks Julie, day 3 today and doing ok.. just been in the kitchen peeling and slicing coooking apples from our tree and freezing them...that kept me busy... and i couldn't nibble the apples either.. How are you doing? claire xxx

Day $.. not as hungry today.. although i have to confess to picking at protein yesterday.. but still TOTM started and it was that or chocolate and wine..so i think i made a good choice... very disappointed to get on the scales this morning and finid i have onlyy dropped 2lbs...WTF!!! so not happy about that .. but then caught a glimpse of my very fat legs inthe bathroom mirror and was spurred on to continue...  off to shops now to buy a present for my 2 year old niece.. so that will keep me busy .. just finished my cappucino shake and already had a pint of water so not doing too badly...been feeling quite irritable and tearful the last couple of days...but now that AF is here that should settle down hopefully.. hope you all ok claire xxx

Hi Claire well done for getting through those 1st few days and not being hungry now must help,however i have to take a quote from yesterday..........'Madmuvva Julie...stop weighing yourself ( i can talk ).. you will have a good loss tomorrow...goodluck'Hee!Hee! that made me laugh. Its so tempting isnt it but so annoying as you jump on full of anticipation and then ooh err 2lbs.I weighed myself again today still 2lbs but.....because of my new fandangled scales body fat had reduced by 1% since yesterday. Keep up the good work claire restarts are so hard but get a couple of weeks under your belt and its like doing it the first time again. Julie xx

Thanks julie,  .. i am a terrible scale hopper.. except when i am not dieting when i would rather not know to be honest.. i hope the weigh in goes well tonight....and 1%fat loss is good... claire xxxx

Hi Julie, yes i am stil hanging in there.. i am working all weekend so that helps quite a lot.. i am not as hugry as i was earlier in the week.. so that helps too.. but i have to confess to allowing myself a little bit of protein now and then...compared to what i was eating last week.. it is nothing...MY 'chatterbox' won't shut up though she keeps telling me that i want all the naughty foods....and tonight DH tried to tempt me with going out for a curry next week.. he was going to get his mum to baby sit.. we haven't been out in ages... but i said no.. cos there is no way i could sit in an indian restaurant and not eat.. I want to be slim more though... How are you doing? claire xxx

Hey Ails, long time no read.. things are fine.. i have been a bit naughty today but met up with a friend i haven't seen in a year and we went for lunch.. but will get straight back on tomorrow.. only lost 5lbs in the first week so a bit disappointed but at least it's not 5lbs on...how are thing with you chick... have you been on your holiday is thatwhy things have been so quiet...i seem to have lost complete track of time...  claire xxx

Hi Ails, thanks for draggin me up the page i tend to ignore my thread when i am not dieting it just serves to remind me of my failures.. however i am restarting (again!!!) on monday...i have a clear 4 weeks until my work night out so no excuses  ... i hope you are doing ok... have a good weekend claire xx
