Morning All.. well my weekend begins today as i have just worked the last four days.. yay...
the diet was going brilliantly until saturday when i had to go to my mums for dinner.. and because i couldn't be bothered to listen to them going on about me doing CD i had to eat.... so i had chicken and rice with apple pie and ice cream for afters... ( didn't have much pudding though...
then on sunday at work a colleague brought cake in and wouldn't take no for an answer ( they don't know i am doing CD either) so i ended up haveing cake and then when i got home I thought .. oh well i have blown it for today

and ended up haveing spaghetti bolognaise and some wine as well.... so all in all diet went out of the window yesterday... however i have WI today and i have still lost a respectable 4lbs.. so pleased with that and i am back on track today.. just got to get the water down me...
