Thanks ails, i am defo going to need it.. i am feeling really hungry at the moment but i know that if i don't do this i am going to get even fetter..and i am starting to really feel my weight if you know what i mean....how are things with you? did you have a good weekend? Claire xxx

sounds like my kind of a weekend..i have never been to york although it's supposed to be really nice... i worked all weekend but i am off now until friday..yippee... but theni have to work friday, sat, sund and monday... BOO yah sucks!!! still it makes my life easier childcare wise so i can't complain really...i ahev just finished my first pint...of water obviously  how are you doing diet wise? claire xxx

I know i did think about this but i am great when i am work.. because i only get a 20 minute break.. but when i get home i am always starving.. and then pick at food.. so i thought this time i will try doing the hard days before i go back to work.. so i can get over the hunger and the frequent toilet breaks and also the terrible headaches i always get int he first days( i have one now  ) so i am trying it this way to se if i can stickto it.. also. as i am working the whole weekend i have more chance of sticking to it ove the weekend as well. Are you doing healthy eating? i did think about just trying WW but i just can't bear the slow losses when i am so heavy... It is so hard isn't it.. and i always feel fed up when i don't have good losses.. especially when i know i have been good... keep your chin up you'll get there... claire xxx

Not likely - have just done a week of CD - measily 5 lbs loss - on all my other restarts I've done 9lbs in the first week and 5 in the second  Still, on day 8 now and plugging away xx url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wfJNBTz/] [/url] untitled

Ails, 5lbs is a good start.... so don't give up... and now we are doing it too we can support each other,...on my first ever attept at CD i lost 12lbs.. in my forst week..i have never ever come close to losing that much on a restart....andi know i won't this time..but the way i feel at the moment any loss will be better than none.. but that said i do understand why you feel the way you do... it's so hard denying your self food only to lose a little bit ..but 5lbs really is a good loss and maybe this week you will have just as good a loss... so come on we can do this...i am now on my second pint of water.. and need a wee..TMI..sorry...  i will catch up with you later claire xx

I am currently having my first shake of the day....strawberry...not bad....also have had 2 pints of water and a cup of tea.... going to drink this shake then cleanthe house.. after dec being off for last week the place is quite messy.. although he swaars he tried to tidy it..  catch you all later.. claire xx

Ails, didnt know you were back on it...wtg 5lbs....if you dont think its much lug a bag of spuds round with you all day (d'you remember the days when you used to buy 5lb potatoes!)you'll soon think its an ok amount. Not had anything today except coffee (and yes, i do have ss milk in it) working 3 til 2am so start water then and first shake at around 5. I'm looking like I'm ready for a big night out right now, not an 11 hour shift...just went for passport photo! Actually it turned out better than the one in my old passport...which just shows I must've looked REALLY sh*t when I was 40  So lets stick at it girls....me keeping vision of beached whale in head for inspiration JaxII

Jax i would much rather look younger thanmy previous passport picture.. so you are obviously doing very well...my passport is up for renewal next year so i had better get this weight off or i'll be going around the world with a fat face picture for the next 10 years... mind you it would be a good incentive for keeping the weight off if everytime i looked at my passport i saw my fat face staring at me.... then again i can't actually afford to go anywhere for many years so it probably won't be used  I am hungry and need another wee.... jax hope you don't have to work too hard..
