hello, thanks for keeping me bumped.. have had a busy few days... working 5 days in a row on the ward...( no big deal to some but i am part time!!! and not used to it....) had a horrendous shift yesterday at work and just haven't had time to get on the 'puter and when i do it is very slow...

i am working my last shift tomorrow and then on 2 weeks annual leave.. not doing anything much but will be nice to not have to go to work.. i am ready for a break,....
Diet is a word best not mentioned i am getting fatter by the minute and have absolutely no will power what so ever... every morning i say i am going to start and by mid afternoon i have failed again.. where has my resolve gone...
Anyway, how is everyone else doing? i promise to try and be around a bit more in the coming weeks even if i am struggling with the diet...
right must get Hannah into bed... i will try and ctahc up with you all properly tomorrow or wednesday..
