Hey Lady - don't you DARE think your problems are less than anyone else's. Everyone has their own demons and they are very real. Some people have had problems - I know I have - but mine are over and done with and yours are still ongoing - so I could argue the case of me being a whinging bag when there's nothing wrong with me and you have every right to vent (are you following this?) As for your sister in law - she sounds like a right insensitive so and so . You're not being a bee with an itch, you're protecting yourself and your sanity. We are all here for you to share your triumphs and support you when you're down NEVER EVER apologise or think that your problems are not as important as someone else's Lecture over!! Hope you're feeling better soon. I agreed with Karen - you've been through a lot in the past few days (physically, I know that emotionally it's been longer) Give yourself a break and start again when you feel ready. I'm going for Jan 1st - wanna join me? Suger - must dash, pilates Speak to you soon Ails xx url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wfJNBTz/] [/url] untitled

Thanks everybody. You're all so lovely. DP i sbeing really sweet about it and says i don't have to go tomorrow if i don't want to. but he has to go because it's his mum. And i think they will feel they can ask him questions if i am not there and he is feeling as bad about all this as i am. So i think i will go and we will face it together. but i'll tell them that i don't want to talk about any of it. and that's that. Karen, i also have my fingers crossed with you and hope he has a safe journey. Jax Thanks it means alot to have your support. Ails im definitely up for a restart on jan 1st. Catch up with you all soon Claire x

Hi Karen, Just got back. As usual the demons in your head make situations seem far worse than they really are and the day was ok no one asked me more than how i was and that was fine. I am obviously slighty sensitive about it all. As you can see i am beginning to feel a sense of perspective about it. his sister just showed concern about me, which made me feel a bit bad for slagging her off yesterday. Anyway, although i still feel bad about everything, i just have to try and stay positive. Thanks again for your concern and kindness it really means alot. How are things going with you? Is DH starting his journey from Tomorrow? I hope all is well with him. I'll catch up with you tomorrow. Claire x

Good morning all, Spoke to my CDC this morning about restarting in Jan and she thinks it is a good idea. So am just going to try and maintain my weight unil then and then restart in jan. When hopefully life won't seem so chaotic. Am feeling ok today. didn't take as many painkillers yesterday and so a bit sore this morning but getting there. My mum is coning to see me tomorrow. and i have to tell her all about it. She won't be pleased that i didn't tell her about it before but she is such a worrier(SP?) that i didn't see the point in telling her until i knew there was something to tell. if you know what i mean. Of course she will try and make me feel guilty for not telling her but thats just the way she is. Anyway i have been quite good today am going to try and stick to my packs for the whole of this week and just have protein and veg when i want it. Maybe i can try and lose the few pounds i seem to have gained for no reason the last few days. (PESKY TOTM) I am also trying to drink more water because the last few days i have not been drinking enough. Thankyou everyone for all your support the last few days it really helped me through a difficult time. Catch you all later Claire x

Good morning All, Yesterday started ok but by the evening DD had big hour long tantrum which caused me to open wine and drink 2 glasses. oooops This was fine until this morning when i weighed self to find 13.6 on scales. However, it's not all wine but TOTM also. Back on the wagon today (in more ways than one ) though and i have already had 1 litre of water. So feeling positive about the diet. But going to DD friends birthday party later so will try not to break diet. Will let you know how i get on later. Hope everyone else is doing ok. Claire x

Hi Claire, just read your message on the xmas thread, I am so glad you seem to be coming to terms with what has been going on lately, i know its not easy and you will have your down times, but keeping with the diet in the new year will also improve your chances of things working out, being healthier and loosing weight can only bee a good thing, not just for the physical side, but mentally too. I will still be around the forum over christmas, perhaps not quite so much for obvious reasons, but please just remember i am here if you find yourself dwelling on things, always willing to be a shoulder for you if you need it. I have food shopping to do too, but have decided to go out late tomorrow night and get what i can, then any last minute bits on saturday, i hate the christmas rush, all those old biddies catching up with someone they havent seen since last christmas and blocking the aisles while they have their yearly chat....that drives me nuts, why they cant just stand to one side baffles me! BAH HUMBUG Karenxx

Thanks Karen, you are so nice I know what you mean about the old biddies. yesterday there was two such biddies blocking the entrance to Tescos while they had a catch up. AAAAAggghh!! I have to go out and buy 2 separate dinners for xmas day. DP mum is coming for christmas and keeps saying to me why don't we havea nice bit of steak instead of turkey. which basically translates to can i have steak instead of turkey. oh and she has Coeliac disease and needs a low potassium diet so no potatoes for her.... she 'll have rice... and her vegetables have to be boiled to within an inch of their life. I love her dearly and don't know what we'd do without her sometimes but when it comes to cooking for her it's like having another child in the house...Bless her! Anyway, rant overand i am now calm, calm, calm. If i keep saying it, it has to be true doesn't it? Have a lovely christmas. I am really excited for you. Love Claire x
