Hi all, as i'm new here i'm finding it hard to keep up with which plan you guys are on? can i be nosey and ask, what plan are you on and when did you start (or restart) most recently?? Any tip top tips aswell?? Lol I plan on sticking around here for a while, so it will be nice to get to know you guys better, you all seem lovely! xx Started LL on 13th Aug. Lots and lots to lose!

hello, i am claire andi have just restarted CD yesterday. no tips really just stick with it.. keep drinking water... claire xx
1st goal: to complete one full day SSing.. 2nd goal: to complete one full week ssing 3rd goal: to get into the 15's 4th goal: to get into the 14's 5th goal: to get BMI less than 30

wow...so some really new commers (if albeit again). The first few days are hard, but obviously you know that. The worst bit i find is drinking all that water, and of course in turn needing to be within a few yards of a toilet Lol Lets hope we can all motivate each other, i am taking it day by day at the moment Thanks for the replies girls, they all help xx Started LL on 13th Aug.
