I sat a few nights ago and typed you a lenghty message and when it hit 'post now' my computer crashed. Aarrrghhh! I hate when that happens.
Anyway that was another fantastic weight loss week for you, and it sounds as though you are well focused to stay on the plan. Great too that you feel good enough for exercise, that will make a big difference.. I bet a month ago you didnt think you would have come this far. Great result.

no you are right, i never thought i would get on a bike, let alone love riding it several miels each day! I'm glad my weight loss is pretty consistant too, others in my group have lost more than me each week, but i'm happy with how i'm going. I'm a size 16 in trousers and 18in tops now, and i'm very happy...obviously i'll be much happyier the day i'm in a size 12 Lol
We are pretty simular on the loss front aren't we, Lol cool!
Hope you are coping well too?? xxx

Just wondering how you are getting on with your diet?
We are just back today from a 2 week all inclusive holiday. I decided the day before we went that I was going to have a break from the diet during this time as I feel I would have really resented working hard all year for our 2 week break then sitting watching everyone else eating and drinking what they wanted! I do feel a bit guilty for it now, but in another way I am looking forward to getting back on the diet.
Hope all is well with you.

Not seen you posting for a bit, so thought i'd drop you a quick message to see how you are?
Things not been too good for me, a very good friend has just been diagnosed with breast cancer, so my head has just not been in the right place for dieting. However, I have appt to see my CDC again next week and will get back with it again. Feeling a bit annoyed with myself for not sticking with it, but hey, a diet is nothing compared to the jourbney my friend has ahead of her. Puts things in perspective really.
Keep in touch

I've been reading all your comments on weight loss... Have you tried herbal tea remedies? I don't know much about it but my Mum opened an ebay store on Monday and even i've found some of her products pretty funky. There is a product called "Herbal Slim Tea" - i think it's from Japan.. It's supposed to burn fat and deminish cellulite.
Hope this helps. Take care... Very best, Michael x
