How about we try good old calorie counting, i know me and Julie are in the same boat without being able to afford specific diets. Could keep a food diary on here everyday, that will make us log on and we can compare losses and borrow menus from each other. Just a thought!!

ok Moe, i never got started either, so Monday it is. Log calories on here each day (no excuses). I am not actually getting on the scales, i have decided that i know how i feel and when i feel good about my weight (i dont at the moment). So i am going to keep going until i feel comfortable in my own skin instead of someone elses interpretation on how much i should i shouldnt weigh. Having said that, i was a daily scale hopper during my CD days and that could be a hard habit to break, but lets see how i go.
I am gonna stick between 1000 and 1500 cals a day, hopefully nearer the lower side.
