i started c.d. on thursday morning i am on my 3rd day today and have not cheated! yet??
i would love to hear any advice from you lot!
i was told i would go thru ketosis? dont quite understand what this is - is it just bad breath!
i dont think i have had any side effects as yet unless an aching back is one of them - my hubby reckons it's my liver shouting out for a drink!
my willpower is ok at mo but early days - hope i can come on here and talk to someone in same position

keep up the good work. Bad breath is one of the side effect of ketosis.
