(I'm fat by the way, diet never really got off the ground, cannot blame bereavement, can only blame self.....hey ho whatever, life is DEFINITELY too fuffin short)

omg I'm soooooooooooooo depressed got real post holiday blues today so am making me a nice dinner with a bottle of wine, going to wallow in misery tonight then try and wake up positive tomorrow. Packs, check, water, check, ketostix, check, willpower, ch... willpower.....??? WILLPOOOOOWWWWWWWERRRRRRRRR..... ok, check (I hope)

I was trying not to be rude and could think of quite a few other words or phrases to describe exactly how i feel about this god awful place

Ok watch this space...got me a banging headache, only on day 1 but have this strange feeling I might actually succeed this time, what with Christmas coming and have just taken a holiday in my fat clothes (thank God I kept them!) but I'm back with the thinking this is a mission not a chore, just hope it lasts.
