Did me a little bit of SSing....I'm managing to make 10 packs last for weeks! Was thinking about going to new CDC but STILL cant get past 5 or 6 days SS so I'm avoiding it at the moment, got maybe 6 packs left which should do me a few days with some protein thrown in and loads of water, then I think I'll be on Ryvita with Nicole...Claire PMA in my case is spelt F-E-A-R as I'm going to a wedding in two weeks and last time I saw a lot of the people there I had just got down to my lowest, dont want them thinking I've piled it ALL back on! I have a bog standard TOMTOM Karen, was about £100 12 months ago and is probably cheaper now...its idiot proof, if I can use it anyone can, even you! I just wouldnt recommend you use it first time for somewhere you REALLY dont know where you're going, I sort of had to learn to trust it first! Right, have walked the dog....am starting to ler her off the lead again a bit now (she got very naughty, running off, so I stopped) which is a bit scary so I keep them short while she's relearning who is (supposedly) in charge. Still not cleaned up but will start now cos the Loose Women are talking about beans on toast and tea cakes which I could murder right now. Work later...oh joy JaxII Oh, and you're right, I cant leave my flaming dad, but I'm still trying to think of options.

sorry...didnt mean to run away. Anyhow, back with a bit of a vengeance...just booked to see new CDC tomorrow, with youngest daughter in tow. She's really piled it on lately, as have I, and we need a new start. New CDC, doing it together, hopefully this will work for us...cant for one minute afford it but some things have to be done. We went to a wedding on Saturday and I had a choice of 3 dresses, none of which I wore cos I looked a b*gger in them. Justine was 20 on Saturday as well and had a bit of a do on Friday night, and I had to go through the heartbreak of watching her get upset cos she couldnt find anything nice to wear (actually she did in the end but it was size 16). So we've all been there, and hit those enough is enough moments...and this is ours. Met up with a friend at the wedding as well who was looking fab....just lost 4 stone on LL. So there you go, thats it....off to catch up on some threads now....missed you guys and promise never to get so down and preoccupied I neglect you again. JaxII

Yup, I'm back....still struggle to find time to get on here though, really dont know how I managed to live so long in this chair first time round...that would be having no kids at home for you! Got off to a false start as only had 5 packs left which I donated to Jus so she could get going. Unfortunately they were pretty much all cacky one's and she ended up getting ill and upset today so we nearly fell at the first, but went to CDC tonight, got lots of luuuuurrrrvely flavours and got weighed and are going back for WI next week which I've never done before so should be straight and narrow from here on in. New CDC is very nice, although VERY skinny....humph. Back at work tomorrow, if my head's in the right place its not too difficult sticking to it on an 11 hour shift til 2am Its just the toilet breaks they can get a bit sniffy about but hey, when you gotta go you gotta go! Need to sort my ticker out, she's given me a bummer of a target, less than last time time will tell I guess. I might try and get two tickers on, one for me and one for Justine. My dear old dad said he would pay her £5 per pound lost, but I said that wasnt fair cos Nicole has just lost nearly 2 stone by sheer hard work, so he said he would give BOTH of them £5 for every pound Justine loses....no pressure there then! So Ailsypooos....this diet sounds really cool, but have you lost anything????? JaxII

Well after a bit of a false start Monday we are now two proper days in and both in the zone! Thought Jus might not make it as she really struggled on Tuesday, but now we have all the flavours we like and all is going swimmingly...think we may be in the pink tomorrow Boy its a loooooong time since I've been there! Have now started my ticker from scratch, ignoring the past weight loss and just dealing with this one, not good reading but hey ho. Right, really late now, only got 5 hours sleep last night, worked another 11 hours today and got to get up to go to a funeral on Merseyside tomorrow Then work again Saturday then off for four days by which time it will no doubt be raining again! Night all JaxII
