Hey now here's a thing...when I went to change my title my lead post said 'last edited by Home and Health?' Does this mean I've been censored somewhere or is it to do with the removal of smileys? Is the lack of smileys because I asked DH for extra ones (notably the one that says I'm so hungry I could eat my own arm...nothing offensive in that is there?)

Oh well, back to the point...only been awol due to excess work as usual, should be getting fatter by the day, got lunch in a mo and dinner tomorrow, so far staying fairly manageable though, and as of sometime very soon will be doing a few days SS followed by totally new fat free alcohol free (fun free?!) exercise fuelled lifestyle which will see me turning back the horrible horrible hands of time.

Oh, and can I say that returning from walking the dog this morning I ran into the postman who winked and smiled at me (he's all of 22) which puzzled me slightly until I saw what he had dropped on my doormat....given the postcode I suspect it's Karen I shall swing for (see, where's the smileys when you need them!!)

Right, must go and catch up on a few threads before I head off to lunch with daddy. Will try and pop back later.

Hey girls how are we all doing? I shall enjoy this last weekend of food and drink then climb aboard the dieting wagon yet again I think I'll leave the scales til Monday morning though then investigate KCD 1000 further! Got me a TV for the office, just need an aerial fitting now and I shall be walking my way through Loose Women, Corrie, Deal or No Deal....ooh all of them, well, maybe not Jeremy Kyle (I really dont need to know that Darren IS the father of Britney Bluebell) I do love my treadmill but at the moment get very bored very quickly.

Got to work up a sweat with the hoover shortly so will just catch up on a few threads and catch you later.

Phew, think I've finally caught up on everybody's threads...seems most of us are fairly useless at the moment for one reason (excuse) or another!! Well done to those who are managing to stick at it. Just read that I was supposed to be back on the wagon this week, didnt happen Off the booze, hopefully might get my dieting act together next week???

Jude birthday was fab, went for a lovely meal with my lovely daughters and one boyfriend (daughters not mine!) and one ex husband (mine, not daughters) and they got me a flat screen TV for my office but I cant get an aerial fitted until 10th April...how damned annoying is that

Ok, have wasted way too much time on here today, work in less than two hours and have only got past number one on my 'to do' list, and number one is always 'start day with coffee' and right now I need another coffee.

Jax cant you buy yourself a cheapy stand free aerial for the time being, at least you can use the tv then. What do you mean you have wasted enough time on here.......um, ok so we are a waste of time now are we . Glad you ended up having a good birthday and dont go expecting flowers every year....this one was well special! I am aiming to come up and see you, i know i keep saying that but i am gonna sort my mother out to look after the kids for a weekend, so when arent you working? how long would it take you to get to Manchester Airport, thats the nearest isnt it?
