Hi Jax, welldone for staying the same i had actually gained this week 2 lbs even though i stuck to 790 ( well apart from last thursdays panini but that was last week) anyway i am glad to say that the scales are in descent again and i bet you could have that stone off by 1st december.. so come on lets both get our backsides in gear we can't let Karen beat us with her very quick moving scales compared to our slow moving ones... have a good day claire xx

We could have partied together at the bottom! Thanks for dragging me back up again. Glad you're almost in control and maintaining that loss, keep it up and inspire me! So, day 1 again. Heard it all before? Deja vu? Got to save myself the embarrassment of another failed attempt and get my arse into gear. Two packs down and back to work I go, taking my very loud gurgling tum into a meeting with the boss. See you later, JudeX

Absolutely. We've done the sprint, now time for a more gentle jog to the finish line. This way we know we'll get there and not peg out before we reach it! I'm a little bit conscious of risking giving out the wrong message to any newbies though. I wouldnt want anyone to think you can just play around with a VLCD and get results...sorry you out there YOU CAN'T!! Losing a significant amount of weight in the shortest possible time means sticking 99.9% to total abstinence until you're very close to target, THEN you can faff about with the last bit like us idiots who thought we were clever enough to get rid of it alone like THAT was ever gonna happen! Hi Jax, i am obviously going to need to catch up on the guilt free slip up thread... i have not lost anything so far this week again and i am finding this diet increasingly hard to stick to as a result.. my only saving grace is that i am fitting into my size 16 jeans again... which didn't fit me for about 1 month after i stupidly washed them and tumble dried them.... Hope you're doing better on the scales than i am. i have a WI tomorrow (one day early) and the scales haven't budged for second week.... still i have too much to do to worry about that.. what with moving house next week and applying for a new job... never do things by halves me Take care Claire xx
