Hey gimme time, Vikki's photo's broke my computer Well I went for some retail therapy in Manchester, my twice yearly trip to Primani. Decided that this time I would start Upstairs in the home department cos I always end up doing clothes first then I'm too tired and I desperately need new bedding and stuff. So thats what I did. Only I had so much stuff, before I'd even started on clothes, that it was really heavy and bulky and I couldnt carry it, let alone buy more. So I bought a suitcase And the nice man packed all my upstairs shopping into it so then I could just pull it along downstairs....genius

But then I got to the station just as my train was leaving and I had to wait an hour. And I hadnt eaten ANYTHING, or drunk anything, and I felt a bit sick....so I had a beef butty oh OK OK OK I HAD A MUFFIN TOO!!!! There, happy now

Might have to let you off that one, cant have you flaking out on us now can we and naughty you for not drinking anything up until then, tutt tutt!. Sounds like you had a good shopping trip tho, i would love a bit of retail therapy just for me. Karenxx

Well I havent shopped for yonks so figured what the hell. I got cushions, sheets, quilt set, throw, candles, 2 hats, slippers,2 pj's, jeans, about 7 jumpers handbags, socks, knickers, jewellery, cuddly toy (no not really!) oh, and a suitcase, only spent 130 quid! Could happily have drunk water constantly whilst shopping, in fact was desperate to, but....no loos, and there's nothing worse than trying to shop when you're bursting!

So, got to nip to shop now, then new Property Ladder, new Kitchen Nightmares then bed, sounds like a plan

Promise I'll be EXTRA good tomorrow

slipped a bit,soooorrrryyyyyy I blame the damn trick or treaters, they didnt flamin' turn up and I'm left with a bag full of chocolate and an empty house....I wouldnt mind I barely even LIKE chocolate. Then was on a course in the office all day today, didnt get let out for lunch til late and the salad bar was EMPTY, it was either sausage and mash with a disgusting looking fried egg on top, or roast chicken swimming in its own fat...WHY OH WHY did I not invest in a couple of tetras for emergencies. Anyhow, went with the chicken and half a baked potato...but food is food is food and I'm out of keto and probably at least a pound up. I'm not going to give in though, reading Karens thread for inspiration, back at work proper (ie clamped to a headset all day with nothing but bottled water and bad tempered members for company) so I WILL get back in line and pray for at least a small loss this week.

Yay Ails, GREAT to have you back (did it HAVE to be so late, I was just off to bed!) Picked up your e mail tonight (I'm rubbish at checking me e mail!) thanks hun and replied. I gotta get my act back together tomorrow or there'll be no loss for me this week, and after a mammoth Primani shop yesterday tried it all on today and realised I HAVE to lose another stone to wear it confidently...hey ho, here we are again. Are you CD'ing again now, I lose track (aged, pickled brain cells )

Early start for me tomorrow so have to go, catch you tomorrow though, hope you've bumped the gobshites by now

Yup - on CD - day 4 - minor slip up yesterday but back on the wagon
