He is off until the middle of November and then has to do exercise for 3 weeks and then finished for good. He received his CRB check today and so we can send off the application for his fastrack management course, its looking good at the moment. You can tell he has too much time on his hands, he has applied for a new game show on tv, sky i think and they rang him today, he has to go to london on thursday to meet the producer, its a show with gerry springer.....will let you know if he is on it and when. I know, he wont listen to me. With a jackpot of £50,000 he says its worth it. He has also applied for Weakest Link, i think he is having a breakdown or something. Karenxx

I think the guy who ran the first course has taken tim under his wing and is trying his best to get the course for him, should be getting the application off this week, so fingers crossed he could have a job lined up soon. Karenxx

Hey Julie, we wouldnt let you dont worry!! And good for you sticking with WW, slow but sure can and does work. It even worked for me once but I was much younger then. See when you get older your metabolism slows down so much you gain weight just LOOKING at food (OK, maybe thats not true but its the best excuse I can come up with at short notice!)

I'm still hanging in there, by the skin of my teeth. Not finding it easy, not enjoying it, NOT GIVING UP. Was in the pink this morning so hopefully it will get a little bit easier. I'm not hungry, but (god how bad does this sound) I would kill for a couple of glasses of wine I know, total alkie thats me...hey I'm STRESSED ok

Ok Karen that sounds like a plan!! I'm going to watch TV in bed now, got a banging headache and for some inexplicable reason have been slowly sliding down in the dumps since early afternoon So I'll take my hot choccie to bed and try not to feel too guilty that I never did take the poor dog out
