JaxII sorry didn't know about the 'littleshit'. But get down that docs.
Oi! and no lying about doing well! I could do the same saying that...Ok everyone I've done so well this week I lost 64lbs and am now at goal! Oh how I'd love that to happen! in my dreams!
I'm like yo I keep thinking I'll never get back on track! Sometime I wish I'd never eaten like a pig when I was preggers! then I might be slim now but I did so I am. But I don't want to be. Trouble with me is I think I'm scared to be slim agan I've been FAT for 15 years its a weird feeling one I need to lose.

Hi Jax, just catching up on everyones threads...get yourself down the docs lady, and get it sorted...and stop giving yourself a hard time about the food...maybe now isn't the right time for you to be SSing....just concentrate on trying to eat healthily....by the way, in an ordinary diet having a few glasses of wine , a flapjack and large helping of spag bol, wouldn'r be so bad....and you didn't even have that all in one day, so there stop giving yourself a hard time...Hope you don't think i am being a bossy cow even though i am!!! Take it easy and let us know how you got on. claire x

Thanks all. I know I need to make an appointment and I will, soon I promise. I'm soooo tired at the moment even work contacted me to say have tomorrow off cos 7 days on the trot on 0730 starts is too much. I'm just waiting for when I'm off work and Nicole is AT work so I can sort it out, she would totally freak if she thought there were any problems and to be honest I HATE telling anybody about it anyway, kept it totally to myself last time and will do again this time. So you lot are quite honoured really!! Its probably a false alarm anyway but I know I do have to find out. ANY ROAD UP this is a WEIGHT LOSS forum....so I shouldnt be here either!! Pick up, dust down, start again. Fair to middling day today, might show a couple of pounds loss on Thursday which is better than a couple of pounds gain but not as good as it should be. Have to go to bed now, I'm freezing tired (anybody who ever worked nights knows what that is!) Take care all JaxII

HI Jax,
I remember you posted about hairloss following the diet ( as did i ) ...I wondered how you were getting on with that?... my hair has recovered thanks to nourkrin mainly and now I want to shift that one stone thats been lurking for too long now so Iv decided to go back to SS..... My heads in the right place (so far!)

Hi all, Thanks Claire, feeling lots better today thanks and that 2lb, whilst not being 7, is enough to keep me on the only slightly curved and not too wide! Sanah, glad to hear your hair has recovered. Mine's trying to. I've being doing the Nourkrin for 3 months now. It has stopped falling out and I THINK I've got new hair growing around my hairline, but I'm never quite sure if thats new stuff growing or old stuff breaking off! Just ordered another 3 months of Nourkrin (buy 2 get one free at Boots if you didnt know) and am really hoping for a more noticeable improvement in the 2nd 3 months. Good luck with the SS, I just cannot get back into it no matter how hard I try (which probably isnt hard enough). My daughter has moved back home for the summer and my admiration for people who can SS whilst other people in the house are eating is HUGE. She did say to me that I'd probably have to wait til she goes again before I shift this last stone, and she could be right! But I'll keep trying with the slower route for now, damage limitation and all that. Really hope your head stays in the right place, and your hair does also! JaxII

Hiya Jax,
Well done on the 2lbs better off than on!
Didn't realise you had hair loss on the diet but glad its growing back! I did at first great clums of hair came out in the shower but my hair is so thick it didn't really do much harm. I can see where it grew back now thought there are little tuffs coming through!
