I am nearly 30 yrs old and have always had a bit of a spotty skin but these last few months it has been getting worse. I am hoping to start a family very soon so have had the contraceptive implant removed (the GP thought this could be part of the problem). It is now 2 weeks since I have it removed and I feel miserable (no period yet) my skin looks no better either. It is really getting me down any advice????

It'll probably take a while for your hormones to balance out after the implant so don't worry if your skin is bad for a while. Try drinking lots of water as it will help with your skin and it really does give a bit of a glow. I try and drink 3 litres every day. I keep a big bottle on my desk at work and fill it up twice during the day. It's also really good for your system .
