morning everyone im here on my 1st day, i know how you all feel as i have 6 stones to loose! its nice to know we are not alone in the fight against fat! iv done lt and cd and ll b4 but this time im really gonna stick to it 100%. the best feeling iv ever had was when i went to a party in london (had'nt seen fiance family in months)and everyone commented on how great i looked! iv always been the biggest girl at weddings and parties at 16.2 i was at my biggest ever last new years eve but at the party in may i was 13st 13lb. i have not been under 15 stone in 8 years let alone under 14 stone but thanks to ll i managed it.....but yeah you guessed it im now back at 15st and today is day 1 again this time im back on cd iv previously lost 7-11lb in my 1st week so fingers crossed. im going to a big bday bash on 4th oct so my 1st weight goal is to be in the 13st range by then....wish me luck!

hello!! I thought I d reply to you as I m back on this site again- I ve finished my 100 days on LL and have lost 5st 5lbs- I need to lose another 2 I reckon and these last 2 are so far the hardest!! I think its bcause I ve come so far and the end is is sight- just gotta keep going... So I thought perhaps we could support each other? You ve got a great target so just keep thinking of yourself in a lovely dress.... Fiona xx
thats good going! if i say 100 days that will seem an eternity but when i think of it my bday seems round the corner so i am thinking of changing my goal to my birthday (41 days) and loss of 1 1/2 stone? oh i dont know! its been ok today iv fed the 3 boys breakfast and lunch without wanting to steal off their plates so half a day without a hitch but every little bit counts seen as 2 halves of a day makes a whole, gonna have a chicken soup for my dinner yummy just gonna keep telling myself that no food tastes as good as being able to run in the park with my boys will feel!
