Hi everyone, I joined Loghterlife 2 weeks ago and so far have lsot 12lb really pleased... (I did the diet about 18 months ago and lost 3 stone, but unfortunately found it again...it wasn't easy I hard to work very hard at it) This time I am doing it for real and am sticking with it right through maintanance. Anyway have been taking my councilors advise and have been trying different things e.g chicken pack mixed with a small ammount of water microwaved for about 4 mins takes like chicken and stuffing, or rasberry shake 6 x icecubes and 7fl oz water in a liquidiser takes like a McDs shake..
