I know what you mean, I hate being and feeling fat

. The lovely weather is here'ish and I don't know what to wear - feel fat in everything! Don't want to buy anything new though as I am losing weight

.
On the positive side

the scales are going in the right direction for both of us. We have to focus on why we want to lose weight.
Mine is:-
I hate being fat
I want to be happy with myself
I want to to be able to choose what I wear not wear what will fit me
I want to look and feel good
Don't want to be known as the 'fat mum' by other mums/kids at school
They are just a few I can think of at the top of my head, what are yours?

1st goal - stick at CD for 1 week - DONE!
2nd goal - weight less than 11 st
3rd goal - reach BMI of 25
1st week - lost 6 1/4lb
2nd week - lost 1 1/2lb
3rd week - lost 2 1/4lb
