had my first LL session today,i did not like being measured or having my picture taken! but i know why they do it.my group seemed really freindly,i think i have more to lose than most of them.i am 5ft 4inch and weighed in at a whopping 19st 5lbs!!! so i need to lose over 9 stone!!!but i feel really motivated and to be honest i have been binge eating for so long ,i am actually sick of food(if you can believe it!!!)and i am looking faward to not having to eat or think about eating.i am going to start on the plan tomorrow morning,so tonight i will enjoy my last few cups of tea with milk(dont like black tea).my first pop in is on wednesday evening.i will let you all know how i get on with day 1 tomorrow!!!!thats all for now,thanks lisa[]

Welcome to the world of VLCD, you will never look back, you have so done the right thing, just remember that although you will make great friends and get fab support within your group, don't forget that everyone on here will also be rooting for you and we will never judge but only ever support and do our very best to motivate you.

Lisa, please join us on the" VLCD at least 10st to lose - join me - thread". Some people do not have 10st to lose, some have more, but we all have A LOT of weight to lose, and understand the issues involved. Look forward to your post. Ann xxx[]
