Hey would love to hear from anyone starting the programme this is my second time as i did not go to management, but will after i get to my goal. lst day not struggling with the water bu ti never have really just fill the bottles stick them on me desk and away i go. Reading the Phase 2 book makes me feel really bad that i fell off the wagon, but hopefully with the support from group and now i have been told about this wonderful web site i can log on from work and get suppoort during the day i hope, feel free to e-mail me.

I too am a retuner for the same reason as you I didn't do management. This time I am much more focussed and have lost the weight much quicker just starter week 12 and have lost 46lbs so far. My counsellor is excellent and not the same one I went to before. I will do it proberly this time and complete management. I think Ihave addressed many more of my 'issues' with food this time so I am confident it will work second time around. Drinking the water OK plus a bit extra which really helps with the weight loss. so pleased i have had a reply, good luck to you we must catch up and support each other my second day on the programme feeling good at the moment, the only thing is ia m limited at work so i have to have shakes and soups, have you tried doing a muffin and taking it to work or out with you does it stay fresh? bars are good but not for the first few days and i miss my jaws munching.
