Interesting analogy??

I've just run 1.5 miles...with a little walk in the middle but ran the rest...feeling fabby now! The sun is shining and it's lovely and warm this afternoon

Can you tell my endorphins are rushing now???

I can't stop talking about it, I'm finding it a real breeze, it's tasty and filling in a real way not a mock satiety from ketosis like LL. I'm having chocolate mousse for tea every night, what more can I say???

I'm going for another run tomorrow I think, might go up hill a bit and make a bit of a hike of it as well.

Hello! I've had a morning in the garden digging things up, shifting things around and clearing things out...it's lovely and sunny and it was fab. Now I'm having watercress and spinach soup with courgette and leek (from the garden of course) before heading out for a bit more before the kids get home from school.
