Hope you made it through the day hun.

I know that feeling TOTM.....argh

I spent all afternoon on a Therapy course for leading groups of Obese Women, and before you can counsel you have to have therapy....nearly spent all afternoon in tears....learnt allot though, about my own emotional food journey...and what food means to me, amazing really. Some good things to be learnt I reckon...now I need to go find me some case studies for my course!
ARGH.....

So am going to have a cuppa tea and go to bed....good night all. Hugs all round...its cold, getting darker and we all need to stick together to make it through the dark dark months

Do you know I think I would respond REALLY well to therapy undertaken on a Caribbean beach! Preferably St Lucia or at a push Trinidad and Tobago...or perhaps on a cruise liner going around them all for a month or more....mmmmm...

I spent all afternoon hearing about research grants and the weird and pathetic things they did for their Money.

I just reckon we are an intelligent bunch of people there has to be a grant there where we can enjoy the sunshine

The plan is this:

Red Fruits cereal bar in skimmed milk
broccoli soup with extra broccoli
omelette and salad
chocolate mousse

Only a short working day today, then an afternoon in front of the fire catching up on some telly I think!!

Involuntary dieting on Soup!

Just had 3 Wisdom Teeth removed, my jaw shaved and 3 fillings....and am SKINT NOW!

If you dont see me for a while I am getting feeling back in my face and learning to chew again...

DAMM that orthodentist that gave me braces as a kid....evil man messed my teeth up for life!

Back to the Ibroprofen....thinking of you all and hope everyone is well, positive and happy!
