The phone has actually rung 3 times in last 1 hour and 45 minutes...so I did do SOMETHING!! Roll Eyes. I've got a whole stack of training delivery standards to proof read and amend this week, my CPO seemed to think it was a weeks worth...I can tell you it will take me about an hour. I have a little bit of unit return paperwork to complete by Thursday...and yep, that's about it. I didn't come in yesterday at all, I'm only here until 1 today, tomorrow and Thursday and I'm not here Friday either, so I'm doing OK really....AND I can sit and chat to you all all day as well!

Sounds like a perfect week at work then. I am giving myself a couple of days off jiggy at the moment, just decided this morning, sick to the back teeth of working out units and depriving myself, seems to have been doing that for the whole year now, not going mad and still trying to loose the last bit, but all this structured stuff is driving me nutso! I want to have a life again other than every waking moment thinking about what i am going or not going to eat today. Dont get me wrong Jiggy is good, i just think i need a break totally. Might take a leaf from Jax's book and go it alone for a while. Karenxx

Hey Mama, seems like your doing really well, and good on you for now weighing yourself!

I am off tomorrow for a week, so I hope your getting the support you need from the ED Team.

Have decided to take some time off, as there are boxes everywhere in the new place.

Your run sounds lovely.....good old Brecons. I am going to head up your way in a few weeks too Portmerion in search of cheap china and a beautiful coast line....

If it was not for work and salaries in London I would retire to wales in a flash!

Keep going and take care

Funnily enough I kinda suggested the same to Julie this morning, that perhaps it's just time to stop 'being on a diet' relax, kick back and see where the flow takes you. You're niether of you dumb..and Jax and Claire fit in to this group at the moment too don't they...you all know what healthy eating is and how to do it. Sometimes you just need to be 'not on a diet'!

Diet is a funny word as we are all on a diet everyday......diet is the factor of getting energy sources for function

Easy equation for weight loss

Balanced diet and Food in + Exercise = healthy weight

Remember around 2000 calories a day, of balanced food groups, cut down on the junk and processed foods, and up the fresh veg and fruit (5 a day remember), protein and milk / Dairy (calcium)

Easy.......if you need some help devising a plan then let me know and I happily point you in the right direction.

But that's exactly what I mean Sal, we all know the science, it's the putting it in to practice that is hard. We all of us know what to eat and it what proportions but it's just not that easy when life gets in the way is it?

Just went to make my soup and realised I've left the pack on the piano with my handbag! A search of the galley has come up with a lump of cheese, digestive biscuits, weetabix, milk, butter and Mothers Pride thick sliced white bread (yukky even if I'm not on ED!!). Mmmm, looks like another cup of ta for me then!!!!

I ate some extra chicken...didn't really want it, but it was there!! OK so it's only chicken and not triple choc fudge brownie with ice cream, custard and cream, marshmallows, choc chips, choc sauce and a cherry on top (you KNOW you want it!!!! insert little devil smily there!!) but I still feel disappointed in myself. TOTM is looming, I always get 'hungry' this week! ho hum!!
