Hello, just a quick one from me..I've fried my brain at my Welsh class this eve!! Eeker

Julie...thanks...I'm just sorry that my ticker actually said the same WAY back in March...so it's one step forward two steps back with me!!

Jazzy..the run was great, well the jog was great, I only went about a mile at the gentlest of paces, but it was good tobe out there again. My neck is fine today, rather bizarrely my stomach aches though??

Ails, I never loved McD's even at my top weight...I'd have diet coke if the kids ever wanted to go there, which they never do now thank goodness. I love ED, it just works for me, I'll say it again, I wish I'd found it first!

nighty night all!

Vikki.

I actually did like McD but only coz I grew up in Germany and they used to do lovely salads and freshly squeezed fruit juices!!

I just can't used the phrase "lovin it" without getting that really annoying tune in my head now though!!!

Ails xx

Morning all. I'm all on my lonesome in work this morning and I'm really hoping there is someone in cyberspace to keep me company today or I might go slightly pots!

My ED menu for the day is as follows:

Red fruits cereal bar in skimmed milk
spinach and broccoli soup with extra fresh broccoli
ham and cheese omelette with salad
chocolate dessert.

I still haven't got on the scales and I am not going to until Saturday, I'm almost looking forward to the surprise now...still really hard not to scale hop though!!!!!! I did try on a pair of jeans that I bought when I was the other end of the 12's and while I could get them done up, I couldn't actually breath, so I know there is still a way to go on reducing the belly again!! I must go out for another run this afternoon.

Whereabouts in Wales Holly? I'm in Brecon and we've already got three good soft play places, but a new one is always exciting for the little uns.

I never used to like running, it's something I've tried to do on and off over the years. But once you get better at it it becomes enjoyable. You might find that as your power walking gets faster you might be tempted to step it up to a jog in places. It's a lovley cool, misty morning here today, perfect for a nice long run up on to the mountain behind my house. there's an old tram road which I run up and then come back along the bottom of the valley along the river bank...looking out for otters and kingfishers, that has to make going out there worthwhile!!

Blummin eck lucky you!! Deffo no moutains/otter/kingfishers here to look at!!
Sounds lovely tho. For me its just a walk around the block a couple times. We have 400acres of park land around our house but as im still not confident and think im a bloated im worried too much about people looking at me and laughing Frowner

The play centre is in Newport, Caerleon. That is in Wales right Confused

If anyone looks at you, it's only because they're thinking they should really be doing that themselves!!

Caerleon is about 50 minutes drive from me, my sister in law used to live there actually! There is a huge Roman ampitheatre and museum there which my kids seem to need to visit at least twice a month Roll Eyes, nothing to do with dressing up like gladiators and having sword fights of course!! Wink

Oh she's posh Caerleon then?? I might just have to go have a looksee then...or if the kids go to Nannies and Gramps for the day, they can take them there as they live about 10 minutes from Caerleon.

It's right on the M4 and commutable to Cardiff, Bristol and even London at a push (and one hell of a days work!) so there are loads of big posh places around there.
