Sharp eyed as ever there Jazzy, it is indeed my very first tracker!!!! I thought I'd bring it back to see me count down the last couple of stone. A size 10 by Christmas it is...wow that sounds soooo scary!

p.s. I have been good today, just haven't logged it. I had a red berries cereal bar with skimmed milk for breakfast, ham omelette with loads of veggies for lunch, I just had a piece of salmon and some broccoli and it did occur to me that I might not be able to have salmon but I ate it any way. Later on tonight I will have a chocolate mousse.

If your on Phase 1 you should be on 4 products SS + veg

If you on Phase 2 you should be on 3 products + i protein based meal + Veggies....

But a bit of salmon is fine, gives you glossy hair and bright eyes - We all love Omega 3's

Morning all. I did it...I ignored the scales this morning and I am repeating to myself that I am not interested in knowing what I weight until next Saturday.

Secondly I had my first pain free night re my neck and I'm going for a very, very gentle run this morning...15 mins MAX and I can't wait to get going again!

I've had a redfruits cereal bar in skimmed milk so far, I'm cooking roast chicken for lunch and will have a pudding to go with it and then will have a big veggie soup for tea.

Oh I'm getting stronger...I ignored those scales again! I will admit there is a pile of towels on top of them so they aren't right in my face right now, but I suppose at some point I will have to put the towels away.

Appleraisin cereal bar and skimmed milk for bekkie, I'm warming through the leftover veggies from yesterdays dinner to make a big veggie soup for lunch ( why do leftover veg always taste waaaaaay better than first time around veg?)with leek and potato I think, omelette for tea and a nice hot chocolate when I get in from my evening class tonight!
