Fankoo Steffi!! I've got an interview for a new job this morning, so nerves have stopped me eating anything, I don't think puking up a vanilla milkshake over an interviewer would go down too well!! I weighed again this morning and I'm up 1/5 a pound...no deal though, I'm still 6.5 down over the week...yeehah! Vikki.

I'm BACK!!!!! Well that was a load of pompous old twaddle...Him...'how do you regard the customer in the context of blah, blah, blah...' me..(thinks...oh for goodness sake man I'm answering the fluffing phone and making the tea) 'oh yes the customer is the key element in the core of our business, without a customer we have no purpose..blah, blah, blah'. Then I had to look at a submission for planning permission and measure a conservatory, and find things by grid reference on an OS map. I enjoyed that bit, sat looking at plans and charts and measuring things!!
But girls...what can I say, I looked FAH..BULOUS!!!! In my jersy tulip dress and cute little Mary Janes, hair all straightened. I hope he appreciated that I'd made an effort!!! There again he's a bloke, he didn't even notice did he?!!!!
I'm now waiting for my ED red cross pack to arrive as I want to have my breakfast, yes I realise it's lunchtime, but I haven't eaten yet and I want to start with breakfast!!
Vikki.

Morning...HOW early am I up...sickly 7 year old puking all over the house!! Ails I never for a moment doubted you, and I am now fully understanding and sharing your enthusiasm! As I realised I would be up for the time being and would be wanting a cup of tea (it's blummin' freezing this morning) I've weighed and measured for my first weeks WI.....drumroll please!!!!!!!!......... weight = 13 05.5/12 12.25 (-7.25) Body Fat = 46.1%/35.5% Water = 36.9%/47.1% Bust 41/40 Waist 41/38 Hips 43/41 So I'm 7.25 pounds down, I've lost 3 inches off my waist (and boy do my waistbands know it) and I obviously needed to rehydrate my poor old body as my water content has shot up!! So there you go, lab rat report over!! Vikki.

You are up early! Hope sick child feeling better
You are doing so well. Just a quick observation do not miss a meal...even if you dont have a ED product have some verg or something. You need to keep your metabolism running at the rate you are training too--- thats to burn fat and keep healthy!
I woke up with grand aspirations of gardening until I opened the curtains....errrrr YUK!
Although I suppose ground be easier to plant into!
Off to the stables next door for free poo!
Have a lovely weekend everyone x
