Hi helen,
welcome to the site, I've found it great on bad days. Day 3 and 4 are generally classed as the hardest, so little changes like the muffin are great to look forward to. (Don't expect it to look like a muffin)

Have you seen the tread with all the other recipes? Just had a look its half way down page 1 started by ladylew1.

As for the tracker, click on someone elses and it will take you to the tickerfactory website. Create a new one for yourself, then copy the BB code to your personal profile. To do that - click GO at the top of the page, then PERSONAL ZONE. enter your details then edit your profile.

Not sure if you have to then go out of the site and log back in.

Good luck anyway, speak soon

Sam

Cool ticker Helen!! I was terrified before my first meeting, I set myself up to fail big time and convinced myself that it had been a horribly expensive mistake...well I lost 11 pounds in my first week! you'll be fine and having a half week weigh in will really motivate you to see the week through to the end!

Hi Vikki,

We must have been typing a reply to Helen at the same time.
how did the shopping trip go?

Only a quick hello and goodbye from me I'm afraid, rarely get to use the computer on a Friday evening, as I'm on it all day i shouldn't complain.

Enjoy your glugging, catch up soon.

RAJ!!!!! What a brilliant result for you...you must be feeling fantastic right now?????

Helen..I bet you can't wait for the next WI now can you??

As for me, I've had a day out with my children, didn't get as far as a bike ride en masse, but had a good run about in 2 garden centres and then ALL afternoon in the garden together. I've planted up my new fruit beds, rearranged my herb garden and put a few herbacious plants in a new border I made when I put the new veg beds in. Now feel very pleased with myself and looking forward to eating the fruits of my labours later in the year.

Todays WI put me at 12 stone and 1/2 a pound...fan...flipping...tastic. Then I got pissy with the kids this evening and ate some ham and cheese because I was mad...will I ever learn?????? Probably not, but as long as I don't get fat again and keep myself in check I will probably survive!!!

Ready for another week everyone?????

I lost 8 pounds last week, and I am very pleased with that. It puts me right back to where I was when I last weighed in with my LLC so onwards and downwards from here for me!!

Hey Vikki, fab loss hun, i am really jealous now. Still got this flippin cold and sinusitis so i couldnt do it now even if i wanted to. Oh well will have to wait until the move is over, you will be so close to your goal by then and hopefully i will chase you to the finishing line. Karenxx
