Hi vicky, I'm just back from my Wi and I put on 3lb this week. I was expecting it. but I'm not going to moan, just accept it and move onto a new week. Like you, I get tempted when the OH goes out. I don't think it's anything about abandonment. It's more a secret eating thing. If nobody sees it then it's not really happening. and they don't see you as cheating either. Sunday afternoon is the worst when he goes out to watch the football for a couple of hours. it's that lazy Sunday feeling when I could lye on the sofa watching tele with a bar of something in my hand. Well, if your still out there, I'll keep you company and away from the fridge. sam

I've never left food in the car. I tend to eat it while i'm driving then have to find a place to hide the wrappers. I'm the same in the kitchen. If i eat anything I'm hiding the wrappers again. It's the only time I empty the kitchen bin into the wheely. I have been reeding other posts as I didn't think you were logged on. I gust read that your OH is from cwmbran. Thats were I live

well thats just scary. My other halfs name is Michael Arnold. He was known as Arnie, hes 40 this year and from LLanyravon. I'm a few years younger and from Croesyceiliog. What's your Oh's name? What a small world this is. I hope you've left that toast alone. I have a query for you. How do you manage to drink all the water. I struggle all the time. on a good day I'll drink 4 pints. but don't always manage that.

Hi honey...we haven't been here together for AGES!!!!!!!! I'm doing OK really, part of the plan is accepting that being on my own is a problem and working to do something about it. I know I could never be a forces wife...I'd be whale sized in no time! I'm amusing myself by watching Ebay and seeing how stupid the prices for LighterLife are getting....I should have just sold my leftovers and cashed in...or use them and get happy? Vikki.

Sorry Sam I forgot the water question...it's down to some military planning on my part or I won't get much more than 4 pints down me either. I always have a pint first thing before any other shake/soup/coffee..I have 2 litres on my desk at work to have through the day (I only work 9-3 mind), another pint as soon as i get in, which leaves 2 pints across the evening. I drink it warm so I can neck it down! I never have the flavourings because they give me horrible trapped wind. Karen, the training is not going at all right now as my ankle is still bad and then I cricked my neck and couldn't move my arm all weekend (old injury playing up!). Feeling kinda tetchy and ready to move my blood a little now!!!! Vikki.

Hi Sam,we dont have to paint the whole house, but if you have had pictures and shelves or whatever on the walls then you have to take out the picture hooks, fill in the holes and make the walls good, so obviously that means painting over the whole wall. I have been doing this for 13 years and about 11 moves now, thank god we are going into our own home this time, no more of this and no more magnolia, everything in an army house is magnolia.
I am praying this cold eases up by the weekend too, typical, its the only time i have been sick in the whole 9 months he has been away in the past year, so been pretty lucky really. Karenxx
