Not really vikki, when you consider cyprus etc. Only difference is we will have to do it ourselves this time.

No exercise today, there wasn't a spare second to be had.. until now.. and I'm not that dedicated!

The food went like this

2 activia yogurts and a banana

mixed salad with coleslaw

chicken thigh, mixed veg and rice. Tropical fruit salad.

I should add that I'm drinking loads of water as well... not counting how much though but starting my day with a pint.

Feeling better for eating better already!!

Ok the next installment. 90 minute workout.. 20 mins on LTT and free weights/swiss ball resistance work. butt aches like a be-atch again so I'm guessing thats where its working hardest!

breakfast - Activia yogurt and a banana

lunch - 4 ryvita, WW tuna mayo, cup a soup, apple

snack - apple and a little chocolate tea cake thingy

dinner - tortilla wrap with tuna steak and salad, apple, yogurt.

just had a little pack of mini jammy dodgers... yum!!!

Ooops, had a rather 'busy' day yesterday and didnt get a chance to log on here. But I was very good and did my cardio workout, ate reasonably well until the curry in the evening... but it was a low fat one and only 650 cals so I'm not going to get worked up about it.

Today has been an odd one, lots of rushing around for number one sons Birthday on monday, got the out laws coming for lunch tomorrow and the bottled gas for the cooker has run out and we cant get more delivered until Monday!!!! ARGH! Anyhoo... as the weather is great we've decided to live on salad and BBQ for the weekend- yay! Just cant make him a Birthday cake, so went in to town and bought one!!!

Diet today has been this:

Activia yogurt for breakfast (still full from curry so just ate to have something really)

Cold meats, salad, cheese, coleslaw.. buffet type thing for lunch..sat out in the garden, how fab is this weather??????

not sure about tea yet, not hungry so might have a sandwich or something later.

Will be doing a workout a bit later when the heat dies down...and I've got heat rash on my upper body so need to be careful not to make it go crazy. Itchy scratchy... eek!!!!!
