Well 2 years on, here's a semi success story! I lost 5.5 stone on LL in 2006/7 put about 1.5 back on since then... but maintained it at that qute happily! My size 14's are sung right now so I'm taking action to get back to where I was in April 2007 which was 11 stone 10!
