Hi everyone. After reading all your entries i was inspired to share my bit. Not much weight loss to report...yet after trying so many diets and gyms ive come across the wonder of lipotrim. Infact both, me and my hubby are giving this a shot. we have about 3 stones each to loose to be our ideal weight.

today is day one and we've just had the vanilla shake..erm yea Wink nah, i dont think its too bad considering im thinking of it as a medicine and so is my hubby.

i dont think it should be too bad (at least im hoping it wont be) but can honestly say we are totally determined.

having said that we totally piggedout yesterday lol! nandos chicken had to be eaten along with the rest of the favorites...Wink

today is a new reformed no food day for at least the next 3 months.

all support would be great.

will keep you posted on our success (failing isnt an option!)

btw- our p[harmacy just questioned us and weighed us- no blood pressure cheack or any other medical checks made- is that the normal procedure?

Confused

hi sofia,
our names are hayley and catherine a.k. fat mamas united. we also began our programme today, and thought we'd link up for some online moral support.we have decided to meet at eachothers houses every week to have a chat/moan/cry/glass of water/peppermint tea(oh my god, what have we done!!)
we both have two children each and have ballooned since then over the last 3 or 4 years. we have decided to take action together, and get to know what it feels like to be a skinny chick!!
we are measuring ourselves, and taking photos regularly to monitor progress.will tune in as often as our busy lives let us, but as we are not eating/cooking/drinking etc in the evenings, it shouldn't be too hard!!
good luck and keep supping those delightful shakes!!

As far as I know LT is £30 a week.. half what LL is. I'm on LL as the selection of LT shakes is too limited for me but I know a few ppl who have been VERY successful on it x

hi beautiful ladies,
i was on lipotrim 3 months ago when i was in sheffield.had lost 2 stones in 1 1/2 months.i have now moved to canada.lt,ll,cd are not allowed in canada.so i'm trying to find out something that is equivalent to lipotrim.ie the meal replacement drinks that is similar to lipotrim.
can any one of you look into the n utritional information in the plastic cover that is provided by the pharmacy where all the essential information is.i would like like to know the amount of fat, protiens, carbohydrate in one sachet please.
thankyou.and keep it up.never loose the track.

LT is costing us £35 pw with a £25 initial consultation fee, making the first week a whopping £60!cheaper than LL though @£65 pw! i added up the cost of wine/takeaways and lunches at work, and decided i'd probably not feel the pinch too much.
