HiKaren Sorry you're feeling bad. Just rest up (as much as you can with children!) and take each day as it comes. Look after yourself and wrap up warm. Kx

Hi Julie - thanks for your concern. Not feeling quite as bad as i was. Still not sleeping though and kids had be up at 6 this morning, that really doesnt help, but then you would know all about this too. Have had my mum staying for past few days which has eased things on me a bit, problem is she has major health problems such as Lupus and Pancreatitis so i dont feel i can really lean on her to take over the kids for me, that just isnt fair. Anyway she has stopped them arguing a bit and kept them entertained with games and stuff, its all a big help. She goes home today and i am really looking forward to a hot bath and snuggle on the sofa infront of some really crap tv tonight. Hopefully i might even fall asleep.
Sorry, i sound like such a whinger!!! Anyway CD going just fine, i am so amazed by my loss so far this week, not going to tell you what it is until WI on Monday, but feeling pretty good about it so far. Still havent heard if OH will make it back for his R&R over Xmas, i suppose he could just turn up, but its very frustrating because the kids keep saying how much they miss him and want him home now.
I did manage to book a holiday for us all this week, Villa in Cyprus for 10 days in July. We get special forces rates with a particular owner out there and i managed to get really cheap flights too, so well happy and cant wait to get in a tankini (no bikini for me). I love the heat and hate the cold.
Anyway, before i turn this into an epic story, better get on and sort the kids out.
Have a great weekend all and keep glugging. Karenxx

As far a you being a whinger .... you are not!! You've felt like poo and still stuck to the SS - good on ya!! There's nothing wrong with me and I can't get my head around it . . typical. Hi Karen Thanks for asking - there's nothing anyone can do really, it's down to me regaining my focus. I guess you can just be there and be your fabulous self - that'll help!! I'm a size 14 (although fairly snuggly at times) and 5 ft 7 so there's not that huge incentive that there was in January when I first did the diet (was a couple of months out of chemo and carrying alot of steroid inches and lbs) but I'm not happy in my own skin if that makes sense. Size 12 is my fighting weight as it were. Now don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with this and everyone else looks fab at that size and bigger sizes but I think these women are comfortable in their own skin and confident at their size (whatever that may be) and so they look fabulous. Am I rambling or do you get what I mean? Ails xx url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wfJNBTz/] [/url] untitled

Ails - of course i get what you mean, you have done so well so far, having come through your health troubles and still gone on to loose weight too, some people just wouldnt have been strong enough to do that. I know you will get there and of course i am always here for the odd kick up the bum or support or anything else you need.
You have to feel happy at the size you want to be, as you said we are all built differently and what suits one does not suit another. I would love to get to a 12, but dont think it will happen in this lifetime, purely because i am not built that way. With size 40E chest you can get my meaning, think i would keep falling over without any weight on the rest of my body. I have lost some up top, but it never seems to move really, a family thing i am afraid and i hate it (OH doesnt agree). I am in 14 jeans which is a real bonus from size 18 and i can get 14/16 tops on now which has not happened in years. I am not happy with my size still, but unless i go for surgery there really isnt much more i can do (not an option). Anyway, was just agreeing that we all have sizes and shapes in our head that we would be happy with, so yes i understand completely.
I am sure your focus will return, as they say, one day at a time. Karenxx
